Jonas Steinacker studied directing at the Film Academy Vienna under Michael Haneke, and screenwriting at the London Film School on a full DAAD scholarship. His short film Nellys Story screened at over 40 film festivals, went viral online and was published in 100.000 school books. His feature film debut is currently in development and was invited to the 82nd Venice International Film Festival.
